Mary E. Flowers is the Chief Executive Officer and Projects Director. She is also the Co-Founder of Sturdi-Quick International, a consulting firm established in 1995. Sturdi-Quick International provides expert international technical consulting services to foreign clients and partners in technology advancements, economic development strategies, housing & industrial development, project funding and job creation.

Mary E. Flowers has been building strong relationships with the governments and private sector developers of Nigeria, and other West and East African countries with an emphasis on Humanitarian causes to empower developing countries to stimulate growth and economic benefits for their Citizens for the past six years.

WALTON FLOWERS

Mr. Walton Flowers is the Chief Operations Officer. He is also the President and Co-Founder of Sturdi-Quick International and business developer for the company. He is currently the Vice President of Sturdi-Quick Prefabricated Structures where he was instrumental in the start-up of the business.

Mr. Flowers assisted in the acquisition of all required licensing, permits, and insurance and provides assistance in the overall office management functions and implementation of the strategic business plan.

DR. CHARLOTTE L. KEYS

Dr. Charlotte Keys is currently Director of Environmental Justice. She is the Founder and CEO of JPAP, a Faith-Based Environmental Climate Justice NGO that began in 1992. Dr. Keys is also President of Smart Women Fund. Dr. Keys is a native of Marion County, Columbia, Mississippi advocating for relocation and life-time environmental, primary health care access for the impacted citizens in the community.

The Environmental Justice work has been successfully recognized by Renew America Award in 1999, the National Award for Environmental Sustainability on Leadership and the Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Award in 2001.

ISAAC SEBAKIJJE

Isaac Sebakijje is the Director of African Business Development & Hospitality Advisor. He is an accredited hospitality professional with over 20 years global experience in the hotel industry. He has worked with leading companies in the UK, Germany and the United States and written many commentaries about the industry through the African and international media. He is a recipient of several professional hotel management and service awards from the Hilton Hotels Group and a member of the Institute of Hospitality, UK.

DANIEL A. BURAIMO

Daniel A. Buraimo is a Jatropha-To-Biofuel Liaison Officer. He is experienced in international trade and has travelled globally including; Sub Saharan Africa, Europe, Brazil, and Turkey promoting Green and Renewable Energy, where he hopes to bring a tremendous change in the financial life of the youth, the women and landowners. With his international relations background, he strongly believes that the African diaspora and the private sector are the backbones to fulfill this vision.
Daniel is the founder of Continental Development Bridge LLC of which is located in the USA. The company performs project management, commodities trading, and connecting project owners in Africa and elsewhere with resources for their implementation.

He is also the Vice-President of Demoye Trading Co. based in Ivory Coast (Cote-d’Ivoire), which focuses on Import-Export commodities such as rice, cashew, oil, gas, diamonds, gold and other commodities. He is a member of Exossa Afric Group based in Cameroon. The company produces mineral water, and plans to produce soymilk, tomato paste, and chocolate to name few.

JANICE BRYANT HOWROYD

Janice is currently the Director of Advisory Board for Global Green Energy (GGE), a division of Global Green Development Group. Janice is an entrepreneur, educator, ambassador, businesswoman, author, mentor and philanthropist. She is founder and Chief Executive Officer of The ActOne Group, a United States privately held leading company providing customized cutting-edge solutions in the human resources industry. Howroyd is most well known as being the first African American Woman to build and own a billion-dollar company. In 2013, she was appointed a USA Ambassador of Energy at the White House. In May 2016, Janice received a key Presidential appointment by President Barack Obama as a member of the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

She combines her corporate responsibilities with many volunteer roles and philanthropy contributing over USD10 million to humanitarian and educational causes worldwide. Janice holds a doctorate in humanities from North Carolina A&T University where she also serves on the Board of Trustees. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board for Harvard University—John F. Kennedy School of Government amongst other responsibilities.
