Dr. Charlotte L. Keys

Dr. Charlotte Keys is currently Director of Environmental Justice. She is the Founder and CEO of JPAP, a Faith-Based Environmental Climate Justice NGO that began in 1992. Dr. Keys is also President of Smart Women Fund. Dr. Keys is a native of Marion County, Columbia, Mississippi advocating for relocation and life-time environmental, primary health care access for the impacted citizens in the community.

The Environmental Justice work has been successfully recognized by Renew America Award in 1999, the National Award for Environmental Sustainability on Leadership and the Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Award in 2001.

She has travelled widely in Europe, Asia, Africa and Mexico and across the USA to advocate for green, clean, healthy, safe and sustainable communities impacted by toxic poisoning. Dr. Keys has testified before congressional committees, united nation and has been a speaker at numerous forums on Environmental Justice nationally and globally.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
