Albert Brunson

Mr. Albert Brunson is currently Director of Construction Services.

Albert Brunson is principal and founder of Brunson Construction Services, Inc. (BCS), a program / construction management, infrastructure development and general contracting firm. Al started the company in Dallas in 1997 after serving as Rail Station Designer, Bus Facilities Construction Manager, Director of Construction, and Assistant Vice President of Construction Management for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). During his tenure, DART completed its twenty mile, $1 billion light rail starter line and bus facilities expansion. Al also completed a 32-year Active Duty and Army Reserve military career.

He served in Combat, Design and Facility Engineer positions. His last deployment assignment was as Director of Public Works for Task Force Falcon, Kosovo, with additional responsibility for military construction in the countries of Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece.  Al is a retired Colonel. BCS has provided engineering and construction services to light rail start-ups and expansions in Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix. BCS was a JV Partner for DART’s twenty mile, $400 Million Green Line.   BCS is a sub-consultant for the development and implementation of 3 levels of instructor-led and web based training for the Army Corps of Engineers.

BCS is providing Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concepts for the proposed Amtrak High Speed Rail Station in East St. Louis, IL. BCS was on the award-winning team for the development, implementation and staff training for the Integrated Program Management (IPM) software for the City of Fort Worth Public Works.

Mr. Albert Brunson brings with him a wealth of national and international expertise in these areas that are pertinent with Global Green Development Group’s vision.
