GLOBAL GREEN ENERGY WELCOMES JANICE BRYANT HOWROYD TO ITS BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD
Los Angeles, California, USA: Global Green Energy LLC, a division of Global Green Development Group, dedicated to the development of emerging biofuels industry is pleased to announce that Janice Bryant Howroyd joined its Business Advisory Board effective May 28, 2019. The Board provides leadership for carrying out the company’s mission which focuses on the new sustainable green energy revolution nationally and globally.
Janice is an entrepreneur, educator, ambassador, businesswoman, author, mentor and philanthropist. She is founder and Chief Executive Officer of The ActOne Group, a United States privately held leading company providing customized cutting-edge solutions in the human resources industry. Howroyd is most well known as being the first African American Woman to build and own a billion-dollar company. In 2013, she was appointed a USA Ambassador of Energy at the White House. In May 2016, Janice received a key Presidential appointment by President Barack Obama as a member of the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities. She combines her corporate responsibilities with many volunteer roles and philanthropy contributing over USD10 million to humanitarian and educational causes worldwide.

Global Green Energy LLC was formed with a goal of becoming a major biofuels and renewable energy producer in the United States and globally. The company specializes in renewable energy comprising of clean energy projects such as wind power, solar power, and natural gas power plants, as well as green transportation fuels and renewable jet fuel. The company has researched and will acquire proven technology for production of low carbon biofuels that will decrease the overall effects of climate change to our environment by producing sustainable alternative jet fuel (SAJF). The targeted fuels will be for military operational use and the aviation industry. The company has enlisted Honeywell UOP as one of its key technology providers, and has landed Delta Air Lines as its initial off taker and development advisory partner.
Global Green Energy, LLC has plans to build four renewable fuel refineries throughout the U.S. with a production capacity of 1.5 billion gallons of neat biofuel per year. The renewable fuel refineries will be located in designated Opportunity Zones, offering investors tax deferment on their capital gains. First, investors can defer tax on any prior gains invested in a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) until the earlier of the date on which the investment in a QOF is sold or exchanged, or December 31, 2026. Second, if the investor holds the investment in the Opportunity Fund for at least ten years, the investor is eligible for an increase in basis of the QOF investment equal to its fair market value on the date that the QOF investment is sold or exchanged.

GGBL Is Working Towards Mitigating Climate Change
GGBL through its Jatropha-To-Biofuel agriculture pilot program is planned to be implemented in 10 states in Nigeria and 2 states in Cote d’Ivoire. The program will involve the planting of 450,000,000 Jatropha trees and other cash crops on 245,000 hectares of land within the two countries. Through this unique and innovative initiative, approximately 1,575,000 tons of CO2 will be eliminated from the atmosphere annually, while delivering food, fuel and profits to local citizens.
