The program is a series of skill-building training and application modules that provide administrative assistants with a way to build their administrative competencies and to earn recognition for their professional development. The program includes instruction and education in every area that is essential to providing superior administrative service, communication, productivity, and quality. Participants who complete the required modules earn a Professional Administrative Assistant Certificate and Continuing Education Credits, and it is endorsed by the Association of Administrative Professionals, IAAP. The Core Competencies that are addressed in this powerful administrative assistant program are:

  • Professionalism
  • Business Writing Skills
  • Customer Service
  • Conflict Management
  • Managing Multiple Projects, Competing Priorities, and Deadlines

        
Each module of the Professional Administrative Assistant Certificate program includes job aids designed to provide participants with tools and references that can be immediately applied on the job. The job aids are designed to reinforce application of content, and to arm the participants with tools to make them more successful in their administrative roles.

            Participants will enjoy a free day of shopping at the Ontario Mills Mall. Ontario Mills is the largest shopping mall and outlet mall in San Bernardino County, California. It is located in Ontario, California, and with 28 million annual visitors, it is one of the top shopping and tourist destinations in Southern California.

            NOTE: It is advised that individuals who are Senior Managers, Commissioners, Ministers, etc. should take this training module together with the Leadership and Management Certification Program for overall competencies required for senior management positions.

            This event will be held in what is known as the Inland Empire, California

 Minimum Number of Guest Required for this event: 30
Arrive Sunday, April 5th and check in hotel.
Attend class Monday, April 6th to Friday, April 10th.
Free Day Saturday, April 11th – Shopping at Ontario Mills Mall
Depart Sunday, April 12th
