Jeanette Nalls Bell

Jeanette Nalls Bell is the Director of Finance. She has eight years of training in Finance pertaining to Bonds, Platform Trading, Private Placement Programs, Hedge Funds, Trusts, Commodities, Grants, loans and various other financial opportunities. Jeanette worked for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of finance and management. She held a position as an accountant at ST&E Railroad company for 10 years as well as a Staffer for EF Hutton accounting firm. In 1995, she founded the Bell Social Services Enterprises (BSSE), an entrepreneurial institute designed to provide financial and administrative training for individuals who seek to start and develop successful businesses.

Jeanette has been and continues to engage in various civic and humanitarian activities. She has delivered numerous graduation addresses, conducted workshops and seminars for business groups and national conferences. She has written policies and procedures for agencies that resulted in full compliance with federal and state statutes. She organized and developed coalition and civil rights procedures to protect the rights and privileges of citizens.
